Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package and it cannot be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders required an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Wine orders require the signature of an adult.
Returns and Exchanges
Sales on the Ambassador Wines of Washington website are final, with exceptions for wine quality. If you encounter an issue with your wine quality, please call 206-734-4859 and let us know about your issue. In most cases your wine will be replaced at no charge or you will be credited the amount of your purchase.
Note: The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item.
