Build your palate and blow your mind!
This class will uncover the aromas that are hiding in young wines, and how they express themselves in wines that are aged in your cellar. We will discover the primary and secondary aromas hiding in young wines and then enjoy the tertiary (aged aromas) that develop with age and proper cellaring in the older vintages. This is a rare treat to taste and understand older wines, and enjoy them alongside their young counterparts. We’ll have some bites to accompany the wines and offer suggestions for food pairings too!
Price is $50 per person, includes light bites provided by Reggie and wine samples by Ambassador. We will also be pouring a welcome sample of Sauv Blanc upon arrival.
