We'll be introducing Mae Olivia, a wine enthusiast with a painting problem and a wicked sense of humor. She is an accomplished artist that brings the "WOW" factor, and don't worry, she'll give you all her secrets through the entire process, you'll walk away with this fun project. Let's create something beautiful together.

This class will uncover the aromas that are hiding in young wines, and how they express themselves in wines that are aged in your cellar. We will discover the primary and secondary aromas hiding in young wines and then enjoy the tertiary (aged aromas) that develop with age and proper cellaring in the older vintages. This is a rare treat to taste and understand older wines, and enjoy them alongside their young counterparts. We’ll have some bites to accompany the wines and offer suggestions for food pairings too!
