Here’s another excellent opportunity to learn with Reggie about the structural elements that make up the foundation for a great pairing of Ambassador wines with your favorite fall foods. We will cover grape varieties and their origins regionally, the flavor profiles in each as well as how to actually pair them with your meals. And of course we will enjoy a few bites to pair with the wines! This class will also feature aged wines and look at new and older vintages of Ambassador Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah in particular. Which wines are best to drink after they are released and which benefit the most from additional time in the bottle and for how long.
